This rare breed sheepskin rug is from a British Jacob sheep and is predominantly golden cream with brown spots, the distinctive colours of the breed.
The colouring of these natural rugs can look very different depending on the lighting, our photos have been taken inside with natural lighting.
Texture wise - the fleece is a really gorgeous texture. It is soft, with a long woolly fleece, with the typically found tightly packed, matted wool beneath the surface, giving the rug a padded feel.
Like all our rugs, it has been tanned in the UK and hand finished in our Yorkshire Dales warehouse.
Most Glencroft sheepskins go to specialist independent retailers across the country. We pick a few out each week for sale online, once they're gone they're gone!
