Made to 'one size', the 'ladies' equates to a glove hand size 7.5 and 'men's' glove hand size 9.5. Fingerless mittens are often worn sloppier than gloves so 'ladies' should also fit size 7 hands. If you have size, 8 or 8.5 hands or smaller, we recommend the 'ladies' size as they will provide a snugger fit. Despite the names, this are UNISEX lambskin mittens - both sizes look identical.
