This huge, shaggy sheepskin rug is from a British Jacob breed, with its characteristic brown and cream spotty colouring.
The cream colour can vary greatly, from a paler to a more golden yellow cream, depending on the lighting. Our pictures were taken indoors, under natural lighting.
The fleece is soft and features long haired wool that is more matted towards the base, beneath the tufty, wispier hair found on the surface. There are a few very matted patches, but the rug is still lovely, thick, and luxurious, with a beautiful depth and texture.
This rug is extremely large so is likely from an older animal that has been in the fields a good few years, this is what makes its wool so matted and thick.
