Haringey Huge Grey Speckled British Sheepskin Rug

This huge, woolly and thick British rare breed sheepskin rug is a beautiful blend of greys, browns and cream. 

The lighting can greatly affect the appearance of the natural colours, with the rug appearing black, white and grey in certain conditions - our photos have been taken inside under natural lighting. 

The rug is soft and fluffy, with extremely matted wool beneath the surface, clumped together in some areas to create a dense, textured feel. The top section is noticeably thicker, with softer, fuller wool and none of the matted texture found beneath.

This rug is extremely large so is likely from an older animal that has been in the fields a good few years, this is what makes its wool so matted and thick.

Like all our rugs, it has been tanned in the UK and hand finished in our Yorkshire Dales warehouse.
