This soft and silky rare breed British sheepskin rug is predominantly a natural golden cream colour, speckled with shades of brown.
The colours can vary depending on the lighting, our photos have been taken inside under natural light but the cream can appear more golden under artificial lighting. The colouring is a bit like a cappuccino!
The fleece is very soft to touch with wispy hair on top of matted, tightly packed wool below the surface. The fleece length varies slightly, with shorter wool along each edge and some small bald patches intentionally left to help prevent the rug from curling underneath.
Like all our rugs, it has been tanned in the UK and hand finished in our Yorkshire Dales warehouse. Most Glencroft rugs are sold by specialist independent retailers across the country. We pick a few out every week for sale online, once they're gone they're gone!
