Plaistow Huge Spotty Jacob British Sheepskin Rug

This enormous, British Jacob breed sheepskin rug is super thick and woolly, predominantly cream in colour, with several dark brown splodges. 

The colour can vary depending on the lighting, our photos were taken inside under natural lighting. 

The rug is very shaggy and soft to touch, the wool is very fuzzy with EXTREMELY matted wool beneath its surface, giving it added thickness.

We can't highlight this enough, the bigger the rug (and this is one of the biggest we've seen), the older the animal and as in this case the wool can become very rough and ready as a result of being in the fields for many years. A massive rug that's perfect for a farm-house floor.

Tanned entirely in the UK and hand-finished in house by us, most Glencroft sheepskins go to specialist independent retailers across the country. We pick a few out each week for sale online, once they're gone they're gone!
