This sheepskin rug is dark brown in colour, featuring some subtle highlights of brown and grey shades. Depending on the lighting, the colour can vary greatly, and the rug can appear to be one solid colour. Our photos have been taken inside under natural light but still show quite a lot of variation!
The fleece is very soft, with tufty hair topping a more tightly packed wool underneath, it reminds us of a very soft and fluffy teddy bear! Areas of curly haired wool add variation and texture to the fleece. It is rare we have a rug with quite such a luxurious texture as this.
Like all our rugs, it has been tanned in the UK and hand finished in our Yorkshire Dales warehouse.
Most Glencroft sheepskins go to specialist independent retailers across the country. We pick a few out each week for sale online, once they're gone they're gone!
