A chunky Aran cable pattern beanie available in blue, silver and dark grey, made in the North of England from Glencroft’s own 100% traceable British Wool – Clapdale Wool. From fleece to hat in just under 100 miles.

Just like our cattlegrid jumper these beanies are available in a limited edition three colours - blue, silver and dark grey.

We've used up all the 2-ply yarn we spun in these colours from our 2022 batch of Clapdale Wool, so you'll be wearing something completely unique that should last you decades. The beanie is a similar feel to other British Wool Aran beanies.

Materials

Clapdale Wool: Our wool is sourced from 7 farms within 10 miles of Glencroft's Yorkshire Dales home, in the dale of 'Clapdale'. Our farmers are paid more for their wool than at auction and receive a share of the profits of every product sold. The wool is then processed, from farm to yarn, within just 50 miles of the sheep it comes from. Certified as Traceable British Wool.
