This dark brown rare breed British sheepskin rug is very soft and fluffy with tightly packed dense matted wool underneath the surface.
Colour wise, this is a dark brown rug, which in some lights, has the appearance of one single colour, although there are hints of grey and a slightly lighter shade of brown, which are much more evident in our pictures taken indoors.
This sheepskin has been repaired, although it is only evident on the back of the rug. This skin was just too good to downgrade to a second, so we fixed any damage by sewing it together. What you get is a perfect sheepskin, albeit with stitching across the back.
Like all our rugs, it has been tanned in the UK and hand finished in our Yorkshire Dales warehouse.
