Burdock Cream Patch British Sheepskin Rug

This large British rare breed sheepskin rug is primarily cream in colour, featuring subtle highlights of grey and light brown, with a coloured patch at the top of the rug. 

The fleece is soft to touch, with wispy wool found on top of a very very matted layer underneath, commonly found on the majority of our rugs - giving the rug a lovely thickness. There are small, shorter haired wool sections on either edge, adding a distinctive feature.

The cream colour can vary depending on the lighting, our photos were all taken indoors under natural light, it may look more golden cream under artificial lighting. If you look very closely there is also a tiny tint of green in the middle of the rug, the remains of a farmer's smit, or dye indentification mark.

Like all our rugs, it has been tanned in the UK and hand finished in our Yorkshire Dales warehouse.
